FAQs

Deduct doors?
Yes: subtract each door width with no baseboard.
How much baseboard for a room?
Perimeter minus doors, plus mitre waste. Example: 130 ft − 13 ft → 16 pieces of 8 ft.
How much waste for mitres?
7% by default covers corner mitre cuts.
Sold by the foot or by the piece?
By fixed-length pieces (e.g. 8 ft): the math rounds up to whole pieces.
Can I enter linear feet?
Yes — switch to Imperial: a 36 m run shows as ≈118 linear ft.
