Service: Estimetra provides free construction material and cost calculators and, with an account, a tool to create, send and manage quotes. Contact: hola@estimetra.com.

Estimates, not engineering: results are quantity and cost estimates based on the formulas and assumptions published in Methodology. They are not engineering design, structural calculations, site supervision or tax advice. Always check the manufacturer’s data sheets and the rules that apply where you work.

Tax: the sales tax / VAT rate is configurable; confirm the rate that applies to your case with current rules or your advisor.

Your account and your data: you are responsible for the customer data you enter and for having a lawful basis to process it. Your data is yours: you can export it and ask for it to be deleted.

Plans: Free (with the limits shown on Pricing), Pro and Business, billed monthly or annually via Stripe or Paddle. You can cancel at any time from settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and partial periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use: you may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to try to access other accounts’ data or to overload the infrastructure.

Availability and changes: we work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. If we change prices or these terms, we will give affected accounts reasonable notice.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, Estimetra is not liable for losses arising from decisions based solely on the estimates, or from errors in data entered by the user.

Governing law: Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
