Calculators without an account: the values you enter are calculated in your browser and are not sent to our servers. Drafts are stored only on your device (localStorage).

Analytics, only with your consent: if you click “Accept” on the notice, we load Google Analytics 4 (uses cookies) and PostHog (uses localStorage) to measure how the calculators are used. If you reject, neither loads. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link in the footer. Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

With an account: we process your email (magic-link sign-in) and the data you save — company, customers, prices, projects and quotes — to provide the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Each account can only read its own data (database Row Level Security).

Shared quotes: if you send a quote link, anyone who opens it can see its contents; if your customer accepts it, we record the name, the date and time, the signature if one is drawn and a one-way hash of the IP address, to issue the certificate and prevent fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interest in proving the acceptance (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). These links are excluded from search engines.

Payments: subscriptions are billed through Stripe or Paddle; card details are handled directly by the payment provider, never by Estimetra.

Processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Stripe and Paddle (payments), Sentry (error logging) and — only with consent — Google and PostHog (analytics). Some may process data outside the EEA; such transfers rely on the safeguards in their data processing agreements (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention: account data is kept while your account is active; when you ask us to close it we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep (e.g. billing records). Error logs are deleted according to the provider’s retention.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Email hola@estimetra.com from your account address. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD at aepd.es).

Advertising: on some free calculator pages (never inside the signed-in app) we show Google AdSense ads. Google may use cookies to serve and measure ads; in the EEA and UK it asks for your choice through its own certified consent message. More: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Email: transactional only (sign-in, quote sent/accepted, expiry reminders, subscription). No advertising and no sale of data.
